Feedback

At Inline Orthodontics we take patient and parent feedback very seriously and try to ensure that all patients and parents are pleased with their experience of our service!

If you have a comment, suggestion or complaint, please let us know. In the event of a complaint, please ask us for a copy of our detailed Complaints Policy so that we can do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  Alternatively, NHS patients can seek help from the Hertfordshire Patient Advice and Liaison service and private patients help from The Dental Complaints Service.
